We’re So Close to the Finish Line!

Foster, adoptive, and kinship families face unique challenges. Many are caring for multiple children, supporting kids with special needs, or helping little ones heal from trauma. On top of that, families in underserved and rural areas often struggle to access even the most basic resources. Transportation barriers, financial strain, and time constraints make it nearly impossible for them to get what their children need—clothing, school supplies, baby gear, and adaptive equipment.

That’s why we’re launching the Mobile Family Closet—to bring these resources directly to families where they are. By removing barriers, we can ensure no child goes without the essentials they deserve. Families will not only receive immediate relief, but also feel supported, valued, and connected to their community.

We’re so close to making the Mobile Family Closet a reality! To cross the finish line, we’ve been challenged to raise half of the remaining expenses needed to get this resource on the road and cover key 2026 costs. Once raised, every dollar will be matched and doubled—bringing us to the goal faster and ensuring that families across southeastern Wisconsin get the support they need.
